PERSONAL STATEMENT:

I am a disciple-making disciple-maker and I believe every Christian should be also. It is past time for us to reach, equip, and empower the next generation with the gospel of Christ. I desire to serve a church where reaching that next generation is more important than tradition, yet is respectful to our precious senior adults and the legacy they have worked hard to build. I will never lead a church to compromise the authority of the Bible. I am committed to a simple discipleship process that creates a church culture of high expectation as everyone is encouraged to know Christ in WORSHIP, grow in Christ in the WORD, serve Christ in MINISTRY, and share Christ on MISSION where the whole church is turned out of the walls and into the community. I seek to minister in a church that empowers leaders and lay people to develop contextual transformational ministries.
